Position Overview:
The Host/Usher Coordinator will support the operations team by organizing, scheduling, and supervising game day hosts and ushers. This role ensures all event staff are prepared to deliver exceptional service, maintain crowd control, and address guest needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the scheduling, training, and management of game day hosts and ushers.
- Monitor host and usher performance during events to ensure operational efficiency and guest service.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other event staff to maintain smooth operations and crowd control.
- Collect and track feedback from guests and staff to improve future game day experiences.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of part-time staff or volunteers.
- Comfortable addressing groups and resolving guest inquiries or complaints.
- Previous experience in customer service, event management, or hospitality preferred.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays during the soccer season.
