Marketing Manager – Sarasota Paradise
Sarasota Paradise is looking for a Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing efforts as we build toward the professional game. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something special—helping grow a club from the ground up and making history while doing it.
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies in collaboration with the Managing Director and CEO. While they won’t necessarily execute every aspect themselves, they must demonstrate competence in all key areas of marketing, ensuring high-quality execution through AI, tools, interns, contractors and staff as the club scales. You will be expected to follow our core values and represent Sarasota Paradise in a professional manner at all time.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies – Lead marketing plans to grow brand awareness, fan engagement, and filling our stadium.
- Oversee Content Creation – Ensure engaging, high-quality and high-quantity content across all digital platforms, including social media, email, and website.
- Manage Marketing Campaigns – Plan and run digital and traditional marketing campaigns to drive engagement and revenue.
- Community Engagement & Events – Organize and support grassroots initiatives, activations, and fan-focused events.
- Brand Management – Maintain a consistent, professional, and compelling club identity across all marketing efforts based on our style guide.
- Digital Ads & Automations – Oversee paid ad campaigns and implement digital automation tools, including AI-driven marketing strategies.
- Graphic Design & Creative Direction – Ensure the club’s visuals are high-quality, compelling, and consistent with branding.
- Intern & Staff Management – Lead and develop a team of interns and part-time marketing staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (Required).
- Portfolio of previous work demonstrating competence in key marketing areas described above.
- Passion for sports and an understanding of fan engagement.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and game days.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
