Position Overview:
As a Merchandise Coordinator, you will oversee inventory, sales, and promotion of Sarasota Paradise merchandise, supporting the team in building a strong connection with fans through branded apparel and gear.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory, ensuring merchandise is properly stocked and accounted for.
- Operate merchandise booths on game days, including setup, sales, and teardown.
- Create attractive displays to drive fan interest and boost sales.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote merchandise through social media and events.
- Monitor sales trends and recommend new merchandise ideas based on fan demand.
- Provide excellent customer service to fans, answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or marketing preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems (Square experience preferred).
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a passion for fan engagement.
- Availability for evening and weekend games.
