We want someone with a strong customer service mindset and an interest in learning the ins and outs of ticket sales & service as well as VIP management in a sports setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing ticket sales via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Help customers with ticket inquiries, event information, and troubleshooting any issues.
- Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials related to ticket sales.
- Maintain accurate records of ticket transactions and inventory.
- Assist in monitoring ticket sales trends and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and special offers through social media, email newsletters, and website updates.
- Help manage VIP or group sales, ensuring a smooth and seamless customer experience.
- Contribute ideas to improve the overall customer service and sales process.
- Perform other administrative tasks related to the ticketing department as needed.
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, or event management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, customer-focused, and able to work well with a variety of people.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
