Sarasota Point Rehabilitation Center is searching for a qualified and dedicated RN Unit Manager to join our team! In this pivotal role, you'll oversee and manage the day shift clinical services for an assigned unit, ensuring exceptional resident care, efficient operations, and a supportive work environment for your team.

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) to plan, coordinate, and manage clinical services for your assigned unit.
- Facilitate the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care for residents.
- Assess resident needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based nursing practices.
- Provide nursing leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
- Oversee the day shift's operations and staff performance to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Respond to resident and family concerns, promoting open communication and a positive experience.
- Participate in quality assurance activities to continuously improve resident care.
- Perform general nursing duties as needed, including assessments, medication administration, and resident education (depending on your qualifications).
We are looking for an RN with:
- A valid state RN license.
- One to three years of supervisory experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting (preferred).
- Strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to resident-centered care.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.
