You will be responsible for processing ecommerce online orders and shipping. Your primary goal will be to help us achieve our ecommerce sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process online Parts and Accessories orders.
- Use the Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) to verify fitments.
- Pack and ship ecommerce orders promptly.
- Utilize best practices to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain work area and equipment to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Qualifications:
- Related experience in ecommerce sales and shipping/receiving.
