Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing vehicle repairs in accordance with factory and dealership standards, ensuring the highest level of quality for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all phases of auto body repair including disassembly, bodywork, and reassembly.
- Inspect and diagnose damage, providing accurate repair estimates.
- Ensure repairs meet or exceed industry standards and quality expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Adhere to safety regulations and ensure compliance with all local and federal laws.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in auto body repair (certifications are a plus).
- Proficiency in bodywork, frame repair, and painting techniques.
- Ability to use body shop equipment and tools efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- I-CAR or ASE certification preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
