Job Summary: As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services. Your primary role will be to understand customer needs, recommend appropriate services, and ensure a seamless service experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and determine their service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs.
- Create and manage repair orders, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Liaise between customers and technicians to communicate updates and resolve issues.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and service offerings.
- Uphold the dealership’s standards of customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive service advising or related roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
