Botanicals Spa & Suites is seeking Reservations/Front Desk Coordinators to join our Front of House team.

About the Position: In the Reservations/Front Desk Coordinator role, you will be responsible for scheduling reservations for spa and stay. As well as represent the primary point of contact for our guests and handle all stages of a guest's spa reservations as well as accommodation details from arrival to departure.
About You: You are passionate, resourceful, energetic and to whom pleasing and impressing guests comes naturally. You are an aspiring hospitality professional who is ambitious, eager to learn and understands the value of working in a team-based environment.
Essential Duties:
- Checking in and checking out guests
- Making, modifying, and canceling spa reservations
- Making, modifying, and canceling room reservations
- Updating room inventory and recordkeeping on a routine basis
- Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate personnel
- Providing information about the spa, rooms, rates, and amenities
- Providing spa and room tours
- Assisting guests with any special requests or needs
- Maintaining guest paperwork/records
- Retail/POS transactions and assisting with retail inventory
- Cash drawer management
- Ensuring the best guest experience by liaisoning with the back of house team
- Front end administrative duties as assigned
- Opening and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
- Must show proof of eligibility to work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor visas for this role.
- Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
