In this role, the Day Service Program Coordinator will work with each person and their team to develop a Life Plan. This drives the services and supports a person receives. We are looking for an energetic person do drive this process with a Person-Centered focus. Ensuring employees are trained on any services and supports, ensures employees are implementing the persons' Valued Outcome correctly, and have document these services in a timely way. This person must meet the criteria to be Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP).
This is a fulltime, Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week position. The starting payrate is $24.00 to $25.00 an hour. Saratoga Bridges is an inclusive work environment with great colleagues. We offer great benefits that include vacation time, holiday time, sick time, and life insurance.
