Job Description
We are seeking a skilled RN to fill the position of Medical Trainer at Saratoga Bridges. In this role, you will be responsible for training non-medical employees on various medical topics, including Bloodborne Pathogens, CPR, and First Aid.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing curriculum, handouts, and PowerPoint presentations, as well as conducting medical in-services. Additionally, they will provide assistance with health initiatives such as Hepatitis B vaccines and flu clinics for employees.
- Valid driver's license required
- Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
- Valid NYS Nursing license required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- One year of experience working with people who have developmental disabilities or intellectual disabilities (DD/ID) preferred
- Experience conducting staff training in nursing preferred
