This candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field. They must have a minimum of 4 years of experience working with people who have an ID/DD diagnosis. Two of those years need to be as a supervisor, preferably in an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF). Having experience working under OPWDD regulations is strongly preferred.
This position is included in the on-call rotation. The schedule may include evenings, overnights and weekends as needed. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday during the day.

- The payrate for this position is $34.61.
Experience/Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field
- Experience working with people who have a developmental disability can be substituted for the college degree on a year-for-year basis
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with people with developmental /intellectual disabilities
- 2 years of this experience must have been in a supervisory capacity
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Valid NYS driver’s license acceptable to Agency insurance standards.
- Satisfactory completion of Agency training within six months of employment.
- Strong organizational, team-building, communication skills and familiarity with the regulatory requirements of an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF).
