- Provide general administrative support to both marketing and development, including maintaining calendars, preparing materials, and managing volunteers.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Grow, rebrand, and execute horse sponsorship program.
- Coordinate event logistics, invitations, and on-site support.
- Draft electronic communications, including E-newsletters, with guidance from the Marketing Manager.
- Coordinate ad placements & coordinate media with trade publications and other outlets.
- Office is located in Saratoga Springs, NY.
- Salary range based on experience and qualifications.
