Nestled in the Rocky Mountains at 8,058 ft above sea level is the city of Black Hawk, Colorado. Known in the mid 1800’s for its ample supply of lode gold, this town once heavy with mines, is now home to Colorado’s premier gaming district. At the top of the city is Saratoga Casino- Black Hawk hosting 365 slot machines, a variety of favorite table games, dining and gift shop. Saratoga Casino Black Hawk is currently owned and operated by Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC.
We are now looking to expand our team as we continue to provide the city of Black Hawk with the best guest service and gaming experience possible! Our current opening is for a TABLE GAMES DEALER (CRAPS). This position will report directly to the TABLE GAMES MANAGER and will be responsible for:
- Deal accurately and proficiently
- Promote excellent customer service
- Handle customer relations and monetary transactions
- Verify chip counts, gaming slips, fills/credits, and opening/closing totals
- Notifies Supervisor/Manager on duty of any irregularities during shift or further instruction on corrective action
- Understands and follows house and procedures for taking losing bets and paying winning bets.
- Protect your game, the house and the security of money of chips.
The successful candidate for this role will possess the following:
- Colorado Gaming License
- Ability to learn or deal all table games
- Strong general mathematical skills with ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Manual dexterity
- Good verbal communication skills with the ability to speak and write in English
- Ability to stand for duration of shift and continually use hands
- Highschool Diploma or Equivalent Preferred. Additional education or certifications related to casino operations, Title 31 compliance, or customer service is advantageous.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly within a casino setting a plus.
- Able to work flexible schedule due to the needs of business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay for this position is: $11.40/hour additional tips. Guaranteed $25/hour or we will compensate the difference. Please inquire within for further details

Casino employees may be required to obtain a Colorado Gaming License. Initial licensing and renewal costs are covered by Saratoga Holdings, LLC. Travel to Denver, CO may be mandatory for this licensing process.
