Required Qualifications
Education:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing at the Master’s or Doctoral level in a program acceptable to the South Carolina Board of Nursing.
Licensure:
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) by the South Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Active RN license issued by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a Compact License
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
Nurse Practitioner will assess, diagnose, and treat patients, prescribe medications, and provide health education in an outpatient or community setting. They will coordinate referrals, supervise staff, mentor students, and support quality improvement initiatives.
