Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have three (3) years of recent phlebotomy experience
- Phlebotomy certification required
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control guidelines, including bloodborne pathogen training.
- Maintain inventory of phlebotomy supplies and order as needed.
- Maintain clear communication with laboratory and medical staff regarding patient specimens and lab results.
- Assist with patient scheduling and coordination of blood draw appointments.
- Help prepare and maintain tracking spreadsheets for specimens and lab equipment.
