Saratoga Medical has an exciting opportunity for a Radiation Therapist at Long Beach, CA. This is a great full-time opportunity, 40 hours work week schedule, Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Therapeutic Radiologic Technology program.
- Certified by ARRT (T) in Radiation Therapy.
- At least 1 year of experience in 3D-CRT, IMRT, IGRT, and dose calculations.
Work Schedule:
- Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Alternative schedule: Option for compressed 4-day, 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM).
- Additional hours: Occasional after-hours and weekend work for machine testing and calibrations.
- Federal holidays are observed, but some work may still be required.
Performance Work Statement (PWS):
- The department must meet National Radiation Oncology Program (NROP) accreditation standards.
- Compliance with ACR, ASTRO, and AAPM guidelines is required.
- Evidence must be provided that services meet or exceed clinical guidelines.
