**Program Leader Position**
The Saratoga Regional YMCA is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Lead to lead and oversee our before and after school programs.
This role requires excellent leadership skills, knowledge of child development principles, and the ability to create a positive and engaging environment for children.
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and manage program staff
- Develop and implement curriculum plans
- Ensure compliance with OCFS guidelines and licensing expectations
**Requirements:**
- Associate's Degree in Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum 2 years' direct experience working with children under 13 years old
- Knowledge of First Aid and CPR techniques
