POSITION SUMMARY:
The Saratoga Regional YMCA is hiring for a Junior Tennis Pro and we are excited to have you join our team! This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Provides quality instruction of tennis techniques, rules, and etiquette to all ages and abilities; with the ability to monitor, and adjust teaching strategies based on the dynamics of the individual or group. Creates a safe and positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals and promotes safety in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.

- 1 - 3 years playing experience preferred.
- Prior experience leading children under age 13 years old preferred.
- Minimum 3.5 NTRP rating.
- Current CPR PRO & First Aid certifications preferred.
