Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' direct experience working with children less than 13 years of age.
- An Associate's Degree in Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A working knowledge and understanding of OCFS guidelines.
- The ability to maintain and understand ratios.
- A commitment to working the required 12-month calendar year (including summers).
- CPR PRO & First Aid certifications preferred.
