We're seeking an Executive Chef Leadership Role at Saratoga Retirement Community, where you'll lead our culinary team and drive innovation in our fine-dining restaurant. As a seasoned executive chef, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing menus, managing kitchen operations, and mentoring our culinary staff to achieve exceptional service standards.
In this role, you'll collaborate with our chef to create menus that showcase the best of local ingredients, and you'll oversee the daily operations of our fine-dining kitchen, ensuring that every meal is prepared to perfection. You'll also be expected to maintain high-quality standards, manage inventory, and optimize labor costs.
We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $109,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
