Saratoga Medical has an exciting opportunity for a LPN - Community Living Center at New Orleans, LA . This is a great full-time opportunity, 40 hours work week schedule, Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in any of the 50 states
• Graduate from an accredited LPN program with specialization in CLC.
• At least 24 months of experience within the past 36 months in a clinical or long-term care environment.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and nights.
• Provide 3 recent professional references. (one must be from a supervisor)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• OIG Report
• Tricare Sanctions
