Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years of experience in respite care management or similar support service contracts.
- Experience:
- 5 years of experience providing similar support services and program administration for military family programs.
- 5 years of experience (within the last 7 years) working with military and geographically dispersed families and Army programs.
- 5 years of case management experience (within the last 5 years) handling military geographically dispersed special needs and/or behavioral health clients.
- Training:
- Must have completed training on respite care support services.
- Program Support & Administration: Assist in managing respite care support services and military family programs.
- Case Management: Provide case management for military families, geographically dispersed individuals with special needs, and behavioral health clients.
- Military Family Support: Work with military and Army programs, ensuring effective service delivery.
- Training & Compliance: Ensure adherence to required respite care training and compliance with industry standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, military personnel, and caregivers to enhance respite care services.
