In this role, you'll assist with daily living activities, provide emotional and behavioral support, and perform medical tasks such as medication administration, feeding tube care, and tracheotomy suctioning.

In this role, you'll assist with daily living activities, provide emotional and behavioral support, and perform medical tasks such as medication administration, feeding tube care, and tracheotomy suctioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily activities including feeding, dressing, hygiene, and mobility
- Administer medications and operate specialized medical equipment (e.g., feeding pumps, suction devices)
- Provide care for individuals with complex medical conditions
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with families and care teams
- Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations
- Minimum 2 years of experience in special needs care (or relevant degree/certification: CNA, LPN, RN)
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- TB test clearance and ability to pass background checks
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, empathetic demeanor
