Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. college (Master’s degree preferred). Bachelor’s degree OR 10 years of equivalent military experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft operating systems for servers and clients.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Cisco networking equipment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with ISR systems and software.
- Strong knowledge of Joint and Air Force ISR capabilities.
- Previous participation in AOC exercises or operations as AOC C4I System Administrator, AOC ISR SME, or System Administrator.
- Experience in classified environments including SIPRNet and JWICS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience working within NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS environments.
- Strong ability to load, maintain, and troubleshoot application software and patches.
- Expertise in network security, system performance monitoring, and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to administer hardware and software installations, configurations, and system updates.
- Experience in managing permissions, user accounts, and backups in secure environments.
- Proven ability to coordinate and implement system changes, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with COMSEC duties and classified communication protocols.
