Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Certified Ford Technician. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and an expert in diagnosing and repairing Ford vehicles. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on Ford vehicles.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior technicians.
- Collaborate with service advisors to determine customer needs and communicate repair processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with Ford service and repair procedures.
- Assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Master Certified Ford Technician is a must.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive repair, with a focus on Ford vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- ASE certifications and a valid driver’s license are required.
