Join the team! SARCOA is looking to hire a Social Service Case Manager. SARCOA is the Southern Alabama Regional Council on Aging, and we serve senior citizens, disabled individuals, and caregivers in seven counties: Barbour, Coffee, Covington, Dale, Geneva, Henry, and Houston. Case Managers are responsible for conducting monthly home visits and will perform all related tasks to ensure the welfare and safety of their high-volume caseload. This role involves thorough documentation. Proficient computer skills are required to succeed in this position. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required – preferably in Human Services, Social Work, or a closely related field.
- Proficient computer skills
- Efficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maneuver complex situations.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
