Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the critical role of Executive Office Manager. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the successful candidate will support the Chief Executive Officer by proactively completing high-level functions of the Executive Office.
The ideal candidate will have experience working for a nonprofit and supporting a C-Suite Executive. Key responsibilities include maintaining the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel arrangements. The successful candidate will also serve as a liaison between the CEO, SFA staff, and the public.
Additional duties include providing project management and support for engagement and advocacy activities involving the CEO, supporting projects and programs managed by the Research Department, and partnering with the Director of Operations to maintain office policies and project management. Other operations tasks may be assigned as needed.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least 5-7 years of relevant work experience. Excellent written and oral communication and project management skills are essential. Adaptability, creativity, and the ability to produce prompt and effective results are also key requirements.
