Job Overview:
The Sarcoma Foundation of America (SFA) is seeking an experienced Executive Office Manager to join our team. This exempt/full-time position will report to the Director of Operations and provide critical support to the Chief Executive Officer.
Responsibilities include maintaining the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel arrangements. The successful candidate will also serve as a liaison between the CEO, SFA staff, and the public. Additional duties include providing project management and support for engagement and advocacy activities involving the CEO, supporting projects and programs managed by the Research Department, and partnering with the Director of Operations to maintain office policies and project management.
The ideal candidate will have experience working for a nonprofit and supporting a C-Suite Executive. A Bachelor's degree and at least 5-7 years of relevant work experience are required. Excellent written and oral communication and project management skills are essential.
