About the Role:
The Sarcoma Foundation of America is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the Executive Office Manager role. As a member of our team, you will provide critical support to the Chief Executive Officer, including maintaining the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel arrangements. You will also serve as a liaison between the CEO, SFA staff, and the public. In addition, you will provide project management and support for engagement and advocacy activities involving the CEO, support projects and programs managed by the Research Department, and partner with the Director of Operations to maintain office policies and project management.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least 5-7 years of relevant work experience. Excellent written and oral communication and project management skills are essential.
