Sardi's Chicken is a multi-unit, family-owned restaurant in the Food & Beverage Hospitality Industry located in Beltsville, MD with over 16 locations; 2 warehouses, & a Catering company, in the DMV area. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional products/services and maintaining a strong market presence.

Responsibilities:

• Follow routes and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
• Inform customers about new products and services
• Complete logs and reports
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards

Experience:

• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with local roads and routes
• Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including vans, trucks, or tractor-trailers
• Experience with commercial driving and adhering to traffic laws and regulations
• Proficient in using GPS devices or navigation systems for efficient route planning

Skills:

• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
• Physical stamina to handle the loading and unloading of goods
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate deliveries and documentation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
