The Opportunity to Make a Difference
Collaborate as a member of the Total Rewards team to conduct pay equity analyses, assisting in data collection, organization, and analysis to ensure fair and equitable compensation practices.
Support the continued development and optimization of our employee recognition platform, including tracking participation trends, evaluating program effectiveness, and making recommendations for improvements.
Leverage people analytics to deliver insights and reports that inform key HR decisions, contributing to data-driven strategies.
Assist in benchmarking compensation and benefits data to support competitive and equitable pay practices.
Partner with the work-life team to coordinate events and programming that enhance employee experience.
Participate in cross-functional projects, including learning pathway development and programming through LinkedIn Learning.
Shadow other HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and HRBP-led initiatives, to gain a holistic view of HR operations.
More about You
Bachelor's degree candidates in business, psychology, or labor relations, with a focus on HR or Total Rewards preferred. Master's candidates in HR/Organizational Development or a related field are a plus.
A proactive learner with a curious mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative problem-solver with a keen interest in simplifying processes and driving impactful results.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel.

Program Timeline:
This application is for a 12-week summer internship program that will start on May 19th and conclude on August 8th, 2025.
