The Importance of the Role
The Opportunity to Make a Difference
This application is for a 6-month co-op program that will start on July 7th, 2025, and conclude on December 19th, 2025. This is a full-time, 40 hours a week, co-op program.
Support shipping qualification, execution, and testing.
Review, interpret and summarize testing results for inclusion in qualification reports.
Review vendor processes and documentation and support any vendor documentation required as part of implementing new packaging systems and processes.
Manage materials required for testing, acquisition, assembly, preparation, and conditioning of test materials.
Support validation protocol development and documentation such as, plans, protocols, reports, and summary creation to gain good documentation practices.
Oversee, manage, and conduct testing as part shipping qualifications, new material implementation, out of specification investigations, and creation of material acceptance requirements.
Learn how each piece of test equipment is used and how it applies to packaging and distribution testing.
Assist routing of protocols, reports, artwork approval forms, etc.
Support ongoing projects for secondary packaging, as needed collaborating with other company departments and outside vendors.
Research and create other supporting documentation which may include external qualifications, vendor process documents, courier and vendor specifications, and government guidelines.
Support testing trials with business partners including CMOs and external vendors that may include domestic travel.
More about You
Undergraduate (junior or senior) or graduate student pursuing a degree in Packaging or Supply Chain and related degree.
Must be comfortable with local travel up to 30% of the time
Good analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects.
Good communication skills.
Fluent with Microsoft Office products.
