Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of employees and outside contractors.
- Order and receive supplies, appliances and equipment.
- Inspect facilities and equipment to determine need and extent of service.
- Coordinate work performed by outside vendors.
- Participate in after hours and emergency coverage.
Requirements:
- Related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor.
- Experience in all trades.
- Excellent written, communication and computer skills.
- Past supervisory experience.
- Current driver's license and auto insurance.
