Sares Regis Group is a leading real estate development, investment and management firm focused on commercial properties and multifamily communities in the western U.S. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Aliso Creek Apartments.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in property management, with experience in all trades and supervisory roles. They will also possess excellent written, communication and computer skills, with the ability to work weekends and overtime as job requires.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising employees and outside contractors in apartment renovations, service requests, structural repairs and ground maintenance.
- Coordinating work performed by outside vendors and inspecting completed work for conformance to specifications and standards.
- Inspecting facilities and equipment to determine need and extent of service, equipment required, and type.
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a salary range of $26.00-$28.00/hour. Benefits include a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with law.
