- Accompanies prospects to model apartments and discusses size and layout of rooms, available facilities, services available, and terms of lease.
- Qualifies prospective residents, verifying applications, lease documents and related paperwork.
- Completes lease form or agreement and collects rental deposit and application fee.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated sales and customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of $18.00-$20.00/hour, 401(K) match, rental incentive, renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location.
