- We are seeking a high-energy individual with demonstrated marketing experience to assist with projects and activities for marketing our products and services in the multi-family real estate division! Develops and executes marketing strategies and objectives that supports the communities in a proactive manner. Develops new business proposals, marketing plans and presentations, including online and video for presentation to owners and financial partners. Maintains marketing database including contracts, and CRM marketing needs. Develops and implements changes to existing marketing campaigns based on data and performance of advertising source and spend. Coordinates various marketing fulfillment duties and systems including direct mail, packages, letters, catalogs, and other sales literature. Develops, monitors and maintains marketing budgets and usage. Develops newsletters, direct mail, advertising, and catalog editing and proofreading. Develops and implements public relations programs, online events, and trade shows. Coordinates involvement in community organizations and events, including speech writing assistance. Participates in new market research and design including visiting new and existing developments, consulting with designers, architects, construction personnel, etc. Conducts customer surveys to obtain marketing information about organization products and services. Conducts quarterly performance calls on cost per lease with each community manager. Prefer Bachelor's degree (B.
