We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Leasing Consultant for Multi-Site Properties. This exciting opportunity allows you to work with beautiful communities, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a high-quality living experience for residents.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include interviewing prospective residents, qualifying them, and completing lease agreements. You will also be responsible for introducing residents to apartment procedures and promoting positive relations.
To succeed in this role, you must have demonstrated sales and customer service experience, as well as the ability to effectively present information and work well on a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and you must be able to work weekends.
Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of $21.00-$23.00 per hour, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and vacation accrual. We offer a 401(K) match, rental incentives, and bonuses, depending on location.
