Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at Camino Real. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for generating new leads, converting them into leases, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Generate new leads through proactive outreach and marketing efforts
* Convert leads into leases through effective communication and relationship-building skills
* Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
* Meet and exceed monthly leasing goals and targets
Requirements
* 1 year of demonstrated sales and customer service experience a must
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public
* Must be an effective listener and communicator with the ability to work well on a team
* Ability to work weekends a must
