Sares Regis Group is a leading real estate development, investment, and management firm that focuses on commercial properties and multifamily communities in the western U.S. We are seeking a Residential Sales Representative to join our team at Woodley Sara and 6940 Sepulveda.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated sales and customer service experience and be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Key responsibilities include:
- Interviewing prospective residents and recording information to ascertain needs and qualifications
- Accompanying prospects to model apartments and discussing size and layout of rooms, available facilities, and terms of lease
- Qualifying prospective residents by verifying applications, lease documents, and related paperwork
