Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective solutions that meet client needs, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop project plans that meet client expectations, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Requirements
- A BSEE degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program.
- Ten or more years' experience in the design of electrical engineering systems for nuclear power plants.
- Three or more years' experience in leading an engineering design group through all phases of a project design.
- Experience in the selection of equipment, materials, and the preparation and assembling of engineering design change packages, calculations, and specifications.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey information to project team members and clients.
