We are seeking a talented Lead Electrical Engineer to join our Energy & Industrial Group (EIG). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing electrical systems for various projects, including power generation, environmental compliance, oil & gas, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help us deliver advanced engineering solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities include selecting equipment, materials, control philosophy, and preparing and assembling calculations and specifications. You will work closely with project managers to ensure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time, and within budget. Additionally, you will review other engineers' design calculations and drawings, providing guidance as a mentor in the development of less experienced engineers.
This position requires 10 or more years of experience in power plant or industrial plant design, with a focus on power systems. A BSEE degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program is required, and an emphasis in power systems is preferred. PE license is highly preferred or ability to earn a PE license is required. Experience with ETAP and/or SKM software is also essential.
