Creative Traffic Associate

As a member of the Integration Marketing Communication Team, the Creative Traffic Coordinator will support the internal creative team and assist in the traffic flow and coordination of creative projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and creative deliverables align with project objectives. You will work closely with multiple cross functional team members to deliver engaging creative assets across multiple channels and platforms. To be successful in this role, this position requires a detail-oriented individual who is skilled in project management, communication, and multitasking.

Essential Responsibilities And Duties

• Coordinates creative projects including but not limited to:
• Website, eCommerce, Shopper Marketing, Email, Social Media, and other key digital projects
• Print & Corporate Creative projects
• Serves as main point of contact for creative related tasks and deliverables
• Facilitate feedback loops between the creative team and key stakeholders to refine creative outputs
• Organizes and runs project-related team meetings and communicates action steps
• Support the team in resolving any project-related challenges or roadblocks
• Develops timelines and identifies responsible internal and external parties to ensure milestones are met
• Coordinates creative projects including but not limited to:
• Website, eCommerce, Shopper Marketing, Email, Social Media, and other key digital projects
• Print & Corporate Creative projects
• Other duties as assigned
  
  
  

Required Skills And Abilities

• Knowledge and prior experience in marketing and communication or advertising agency highly preferred
• Responsible for providing direction to project team members.
  
  
  

Must have a direct but diplomatic approach to project coordination with a proven ability to develop and streamline processes.

Education And Experience

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree required
• 2-3 years of creative project traffic experience preferred
