- Coordinate the selection, ordering and inventory of logoed merchandise for corporate needs, team requests, and all company store locations.
- Maintain accurate accounting of costs and allocation of charges for logoed merchandise.
- Coordinate event planning including layout, registrations, organizing supplies, managing external vendor relationships, coordinating meals and gifts for special events.
- Ensure all needs are met the day of an event, including setting up, vendor support, providing hands-on assistance for any event-related tasks, and tearing down.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties including preparing internal communications, mass mailings, registration materials, response tracking spreadsheets, and surveys for attendees.
- Process invoices from the creation of purchase requisitions and purchase orders to expediating invoices and resolving issues.
- Regularly evaluates, recommends, and implements improved work processes. This includes evaluating the overall success of events and identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of employee recognition programs.
- Tracks and updates tasks from start to completion in project management system, adding relevant notes.
- Travel with use of own vehicle is required on a regular basis between facilities and other local locations. Overnight travel may be needed for special events.
- A High school diploma or general education degree is required (GED); Associate degree preferred.
- Two to three years’ experience in a professional office setting required with emphasis in Events.
