What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Handler- End of Line position at Sargento?
Under the direction of and reporting to the Production Supervisor this position requires knowledge of company products, methods, materials, recipes, quality standards, and policies.

- Ensures that all products are removed from the line in a timely and safe manner.
- Moves materials to and from the line.
- Communicate effectively while maintaining effective work flow.
- Demonstrates good communication skills in writing, speaking, and listening.
- Utilizes and maintains all production and record systems required to maintain accurate department operations.

- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Actively able to perform essential job functions as determined by Human Resources.
- Performs all other duties assigned by supervisor.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED/HSED) required or minimally enrolled with anticipated completion in 12 months or less
- Prior manufacturing experience is a plus
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Willingness to complete fork lift certification upon hire.
- Ability to learn and carry out lock out tag out procedures as required.
- Occasionally Lifting 50-100 lbs.
- Ability to perform data entry for inventory systems and labeling software.
