Specializing in the scrap, recycling and demolition industries, we work with customers within the Midwest Region and across the nation.

Education / Experience :
Associate Degree in Marketing or related fields
Two plus years in marketing
Strong proven written and communication skills
Proficient in social media platforms and marketing channels, print, digital media, email marketing, social, context, webinars, events and more.
Ability to multitask, and work efficiently under deadlines.
High energy and motivation to your team and clients
Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools
Responsibilities :
Ability to travel
Collaborate with your team to stay connected with change and make suggestions to help promote our company.
Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads.
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking, analysis and optimize accordingly.
Develop and manage emails, newsletters, clients updates, and advertising.
Track customer feedback and information changes for the purpose of update information as well as mass communication.
Lead execution of marketing programs from start to finish, with assistance from the appropriate department heads.
Analyze customer insights, customer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
Keep a pulse on the job market with advanced job matching technology.
