Sales Associate

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record in driving revenue growth. This role involves engaging with clients, managing territory sales. You will be responsible for lead generation, conducting product demos, and developing strong relationships with B2B clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
• Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring all leads are followed up promptly.
• Generate new business opportunities through lead generation strategies and networking.
• Provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships with clients.

Experience

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or territory management role.
• Familiarity with Leap or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
• Experience in B2B sales environments is a plus, particularly in lead generation and business development.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills related to sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Willing to train if no experience in sales.

Pay: $71,371.00 - $100,000.00 per week
