Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Summary:
In collaboration with the Account Manager, the Solutions Specialist is responsible for calling on both public and private EMS agencies, Fire Departments, and other pre-hospital and health-related organizations/personnel within an assigned territory. This role will be responsible for maximizing customer value by integrating Bound Tree’s suite of services and solutions that solve real-world challenges and allow customers to operate more profitably and/or efficiently. The Solutions Specialist is responsible for uncovering pain points, pairing solutions, providing demonstrations, and articulating the cost benefit analysis to decision makers in the assigned territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales or installation targets.
- Develop proposals and conduct sales presentations for prospective customers.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Product Management and Service Providers to formulate qualified targets, compile a compelling value proposition and deliver on promises.
- Manage multiple and sometimes complex sales cycles.
- Manage and coordinate sales activity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including scheduling appointments, creating, entering, and staging opportunities, and actively managing a sales funnel.
- Analyze internal reporting to determine customer opportunities, volume potential, and time and territory development.
- Develop sales campaigns to promote goals of the company.
- Represent Bound Tree Medical at trade shows, conferences, and association meetings to promote the brand.
Skills/Experience Required:

A minimum of 3 years successful solutions selling with documented annual achievement.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people at all levels within the company as well as with vendors and manufacturers. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, that includes the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from small and large groups.
- Excellent presentations and customer relations skills.
- Strong ability to educate, or influence, and story tell.

Strong financial acumen.
Effective time management and organizational skills. - Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point software
- Ability to analyze and interpret professional journals and whitepapers, customer protocols, municipality or private service bid documents and or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and submit expense reports.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, revenue, GP$, and GM% as well interpret related customer data reports.
