Responsibilities
- Contribute to the overall direction and decision-making for product and design strategy
- Own all aspects of design execution from discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation
- Use storytelling to align and bring stakeholders along in your design process.
- Play an influential role in shaping the end-to-end experiences for critical operator workflows.
- Maintain a high bar for craft-driving novel experiences at the edge, and bringing back the results to evolve the underlying platform experience.
- Balance short-term tactical bets while making meaningful progress towards long-term strategic pursuits.
- Help to shape our ways of working as a centralized product design function operating in a fast paced environment.
- 6 years of industry experience.
- High attention to detail and mastery of visual & interaction design craft.
- Online portfolio demonstrating multimodal experiences.
- Ability to clearly articulate the why, process, and impact of your work.
- No prior defense experience necessary.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance
