Ice Cream Parlor Manager

Sarris Candies Ice Cream is looking for enthusiastic, hardworking managers to be part of our team. If you have great customer service and people skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment, you will love working here. The Ice Cream Manager is responsible for the overall look, feel, and quality of the customer experience in our Canonsburg location. Our managers get to make customers happy (it is ice cream after all!), work with a cool team, and scoop delicious gobs of ice cream for kids, friends & families coming from everywhere to experience Sarris Candies and Ice Cream.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for overall customer service, and vibe of shop
• Motivate and inspire scoopers to meet customer satisfaction and expectations
• Communicate effectively with all employees
• Problem solve and use good judgment

• Welcome and thank every customer
• Offer customers samples and menu suggestions
• Scoop scoops, make sundaes and mix shakes with love
• Keep calm and scoop on when it gets busy

• Hustle to keep shop looking great and fully stocked
• Continually stock ice cream, toppings, and supplies
• Keep parlor inviting and clean: inside and out, front, and back
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines with care
• Other duties as assigned

Shop Manager Qualifications:

• Have great communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude
• Have retail or client/customer service management experience
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, 4:30 pm till 10 PM
